Our Story

Twenty years of building Los Angeles, one home at a time.

For more than twenty years, our family has built high-end homes across Los Angeles. From ground-up custom builds to full remodels, finished to a standard that holds up long after the crew leaves.

Modern living room with white walls, a large painting, a black console with decorative items, and a mirror on a textured gray accent wall. Seating includes white and gray armchairs, and a black coffee table holds decorative objects, including a white vase, candles, and dried flowers.
How We Build

Dirt lot to finished home.

One custom build, start to finish

Phase 01

A precise, surveyed pad.

The lot is cut, filled, and compacted to an exact building pad the groundwork done properly before anything goes vertical.

A construction site with a large open dirt area, a partially built or empty lot, and a house with trees behind a gray wall. Two workers are visible near the wall, and construction equipment is on the right side. Part of a white vehicle is in the foreground on the left.
Phase 02

Shored and dug deep.

We dig well below street grade and shore the walls to hold back the earth, carving out a full basement level.

Construction site with excavated dirt and heavy machinery, including a small yellow excavator and a green compact loader, with plywood retaining wall and fencing in the background.
Phase 03

Hand-tied steel.

Deep footings and hand-tied rebar form the structural backbone the entire house is carried on.

Phase 04

Formed and poured.

Foundation and retaining walls are formed and poured in place the part you never see, done right.

Phase 05

The shell takes shape.

Two stories of framing rise over the foundation.

Phase 06

The finished home

The same lot, complete from a graded pad to a move-in-ready home, start to finish.
