One custom build, start to finish
Phase 01A precise, surveyed pad.
The lot is cut, filled, and compacted to an exact building pad the groundwork done properly before anything goes vertical.
Phase 02Shored and dug deep.
We dig well below street grade and shore the walls to hold back the earth, carving out a full basement level.
Phase 03Hand-tied steel.
Deep footings and hand-tied rebar form the structural backbone the entire house is carried on.
Phase 04Formed and poured.
Foundation and retaining walls are formed and poured in place the part you never see, done right.
Phase 05The shell takes shape.
